So, the last couple days have been pretty busy. I’m in the middle of writing a case in the voice of someone who works at a nonprofit organization, but in the other room I am transferring files from my old G5 Dual 2 GHz to a new Intel Mac Pro. I am using a crappy old Dell monitor of Rob’s (like it looks like there is something wrong with it) while I wait for mine to arrive. I am really excited to use the new computer! The G5 will be repurposed because it still works pretty well (knock on wood).
In my class last night this really cool guy came and talked to us about the nonprofit sector. His name was Robert Egger, and he was very inspiring, and I highly recommend you check out his blog. Watch the videos. Read up on his NPO the DC Central Kitchen. The guy is really cool.
Chew on that while I set up the new computer and finish up my schoolwork. Tomorrow I should have some pictures for you.
Oh, and head over to Carisse’s blog in the meantime, and see if she has any updates from the Obama rally in South Bend. And enjoy this picture of Nico.
