This is a classic sketch referenced often in the Guernsey-Leep home. I love almost anything that comes off this show. It’s an English show called Goodness Gracious Me and if you have the chance you should check it out sometime!

So, last night we hit the dollar taco and half-price margarita night at Adobo Grill again.  It was awesome as always.  Although I had never had any other tacos than the fish tacos before, so I decided to try one each of the tacos al pastor (pork with chile ancho-pineapple salsa) and the steak tacos.  The tacos al pastor were really good, but the fish tacos are still may absolute favorite.  Next week, we probably will go to Adobo early or not at all, because we’re probably going to go to the Hello Kitty lecture at the IMA.Replenishing the cupboards today and doing a little organizing.And just so we don’t have a video-less post on a Friday (I mean how are you going to count down to the weekend if you can take a little video break?), here’s something you may have seen on Rob G.’s blog- if you read his blog- but it really is a good one: 

One of my favorite English comedians is Bill Bailey.  I got to see him live in 2000 (cheers to Edmund for suggesting the outing for his birthday).  He was fab!  Anyway, he had a small part in Hot Fuzz, and he also starred in a series called Black Books.  He was also in Spaced which is another Simon Pegg-Nick Frost-Edgar Wright vehicle that I don’t think ever made it to the states.  However, if you liked Shaun on the Dead and Hot Fuzz, I highly recommend Spaced.

I will spend St. Patty’s Day purging my closet I think.  I need to strike while the iron is hot and get rid of some of this stuff while I don’t feel attached to it. Usually Mary and I hit the Claddagh starting at like 10:30 and then drink all day, but maybe next year.For St. Patty’s Day, I thought I would share a classic internet phenomenon- the leprechaun in Mobile, AL.  I will spare you and only share one remix though. 

I was first exposed to Don when I got to Bloomington for my freshman year of college.  He’s a little creepy, but his commercials are classics. Especially this one for obvious reasons when you watch it.

But I guess they’re not that bad if they get stuck in your head easy. LOL.  

Make sure you’re watching at about 20-30 secs in.  And the whole thing is pretty darn good. But 1:50-2:10-ish is pretty good too. Probably one of the better acts I’ve seen:
